Conditions for the Referral Program

Article I. Introductory Provisions

1. These terms and conditions regulate the rights and obligations between the Platform Operator and the User who has participated in the Referral Program.

2. A User may be a natural person non-entrepreneur (older than 18 years old), a natural person entrepreneur as a self-employed person or a legal person.

Article II. Counting of Referrals and Cancellation

1. A referral (referral) link is valid for a maximum of 30 days from the moment of clicking on the link. If a user has clicked on multiple referral links, the referral will be counted to the user on whose link the user last clicked before registration or purchase.

2. A 10% discount on purchases at aipersecond.com via a referral link is valid for 24 hours from clicking on the referral link.

3. If the Platform Operator, for justified reasons, decides to refund payments made by a user, the referral program reward will be cancelled by the user for whom the reward was counted in connection with the purchase.

Article III. Payment of Referral Program Rewards and Tax Obligations

1. The User has the right to receive referral program rewards to a bank account or may request to have the rewards credited to credits that are loaded to their user account.

2. The minimum amount for payment of referral program rewards to a bank account is 100 €.

3. Referral program rewards are paid without delay following a request for payment.

4. The Operator pays referral program rewards in gross (before tax). The Operator does not withhold any tax. The User is responsible for the taxation of the rewards according to the legislation of the country under whose residence the User falls.

Article IV. Rewards for Recommendation

1. The User is entitled to a reward of 5% from each successful and settled payment (excluding VAT) made by a user registered directly through their unique referral link or promotional code (1st line). To receive a reward from the 1st level, it is not a condition to have purchased one of the paid service packages (the right applies even to a user with a free account).

2. The User is entitled to a reward of 5% from each successful and settled payment (excluding VAT) made by a customer in their 2nd line (i.e., a customer brought by someone from their 1st line). The basic condition for granting and crediting a reward from the 2nd level is that the user must have purchased and active one of the paid service packages (Chat only, With images or With videos) at the time the payment is made.

3. For the period when the Participant does not have an active any paid package, they have no entitlement to 2nd level rewards and they are not due. These rewards are permanently cancelled by the system at the time of purchase and cannot be paid back after subsequent activation of the package.

Article V. Fixed Bonus

1. The User is entitled to a fixed bonus of 500 € each time the cumulative turnover in their network (excluding VAT) reaches the sum of 10,000 € within one calendar quarter (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec). The turnover is reset at the beginning of each new calendar quarter and starts to be counted again.

2. The basic condition for granting and crediting the Fixed Bonus reward is that the user must have purchased and active one of the paid service packages (Chat only, With images or With videos) during the monitored period, i.e., the quarter.

3. If the user meets the condition of uninterrupted activity of the paid package and the turnover in their network within one calendar quarter reaches multiples of the target amount (e.g., 20,000 € or 30,000 €), they are entitled to an adequate multiple of the bonus (e.g., 1,000 € or 1,500 €) for the given quarter.

4. The cumulative turnover of the user includes the total turnover of their network, except for the turnover of that branch (or branches) in which another subordinate user in the same calendar quarter has already reached the goal of 10,000 € and has qualified for their own fixed bonus. Once a subordinate user reaches the threshold of 10,000 € and receives the bonus, the turnover of their branch is 'cut off' (zeroed) for the purposes of calculating the bonus for the senior user for the given quarter.

Example of calculation: If a subordinate Participant achieves a turnover of 15,000 € excluding VAT, they are entitled to a bonus of 500 € for the first 10,000 €. The remaining 5,000 € continues to be counted in the total network turnover of the senior user. This prevents multiple payments of a bonus for the same sales volume.

Article VI. Lifetime Shares (Profit Sharing)

1. By purchasing a membership (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond), the Participant does not acquire a business share in the basic capital of the company or shares. They obtain an exclusive contractual right to a 'Share of platform turnover' (Profit Sharing).

2. 10% of total turnover excluding VAT is calculated from worldwide sales of the project (net of returned payments). The sum designated for distribution is divided by the number of all issued shares in circulation.

3. Shares in turnover are evaluated and credited to the user's wallet once a year (always by January 31st for the previous calendar year).

4. These shares are hereditary in accordance with applicable civil law. Shares may be sold or transferred free of charge to a third party only with prior written consent of the Platform Operator.

5. The contractual right to lifetime shares lasts for the entire existence of the platform. In the event of termination of the project, this right ceases without compensation.
